"I’m reviewing as a visitor not as a resident so that’s why it’s 4 stars. But from my experience with visiting friend has been very good. I really like that it’s quiet, clean, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. Whenever I leave my home to visit friend at Ashland, it feels like home and it’s always wonderful to have that kind place where you feel at home. And remember, My review as a guest not resident."

"My experience had not been a good one.Only been here 2 months I have had a roach problem and also have spotted a rat in my apartment. This place need a MAJOR RENOVATION water pressure is low when I shower,air wasn't working I had to stay with my daughter for a week because of all the issues I was having I rushed instead of taking my time to find a decent place.I can't wait until July I have to give a 60 day notice I will not be renewing . New flooring was put down but it needs more than that so disappointed ."
