"Do not stay here! After reading all the horrid reviews we decided to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt as we've stayed at hotels with bad reviews before and had a fantastic experience. This was definitely not the case. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk last when we first arrived, she was kind and helpful except when she told us we would have to pay an EXTRA FEE for housekeeping ( which is nasty) When we arrived at our room, it looked and smelled freshly cleaned but that's all it was, a look and a smell. The carpets felt damp and dirty. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, There was absolutely no hot water in the kitchen sink or bathroom, hair on the bathroom sink and towels for the shower, and that's not it. After one night's sleep on a bed that was listed as a queen but was most definitely a full, my fiance and I were covered in bed bugs bites. At first we didn't want to believe it and thought maybe it was mosquitos but neither of us were outside and it only got worse after the second night as my legs, arms, hands and back are bit up along with my fiances legs, chest, and arms. We ended up checking out a day early due to this fact. I was mortified as we have never been bit by bed bugs before in an extended stay or any hotel we have been too and trust we have been to a lot due to my fiances line of work. Sure the price is one the cheaper side and the location was close to his job site but this was one of the worst hotel we've ever been in and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone that works with him, family or friends. As a former hotel employee I'm severely disappointed in the lack of care, cleanliness and misinformation. Shame on you guys! Do better! Now with that being said, we have to pay to put our belongings that we brought through a high-powered individual dryer to make sure we don't bring YOUR nasty bugs into our home!"

"Me and my fiancé got a room here because he’s working in Alabama at the moment and we got a room for one whole week and paid $512 then they called me two days before our reservation ended and said that we still owe $200 because their staff only gave us the minimum amount and then she wanted us to come up with $200 so we told her that we would check out that night and we still supposedly owe $89 for the night because we did not check out before 11 but she did not call me until two I would not recommend staying here. The rooms are dirty and they overcharge even when their staff messes up they still expect you to fix their problems. and on top of that you could possibly have hot water for maybe three minutes definitely would not recommend"

"I do not recommend it, never spend your money but you will never have hot water to bathe at any time and when you make the report the maintenance man comes to check that there is hot water at that time and says that everything is fine after leaving your bathroom all dirty like If the hot water problem was in the bathroom, I think even a 10-year-old child knows that the problem is not in the room, but he just comes and fixes the problem. It's too frustrating that you have to get up at 4:30. in the morning to go to work and you have to take a cold bath with the cold temperature outside and pay $400 dollars a week I do not recommend this hotel, never stay in it."

"We had a very unfortunate experience. The day we arrived the office staff was more worried about attending the holiday party in the back than helping get their customers tanker care of. The phone in the room didn’t work and I told the maintenance person before we even got our stuff into the room. He told me that there is a repair report already made on this but the people that takes care of that haven’t come to make the repair or update. The heater in our room quit working and it was after the maintenance guy’s shift ended so there was nothing they could do. They did offer to have us go to a different room but we have an animal and they told us that we would have to put him in a crate. He has never been in a crate and we were not comfortable doing that. I asked if we could get some extra blankets since it was so cold overnight. Was told they don’t have any extra blankets available. As I stated…this was all a very unfortunate situation. When I spoke to the Supervisor at the corporate center, he was equally as unconcerned or helpful. The only person that seemed to have any compassion or tried to help was the maintenance guy who came to take a look at the heater unit. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone and the biggest reason is how negative the entire office staff and corporate staff."
