"I wanted to move out the same day I signed my lease ! Parking lot floods when it rains , breezeways are extremely trashy and ghetto , dumpsters are not near buildings , all buildings should be power washed and repainted , stairs are raggedy and a hazard please stay far away from this place ! You can never call it home ! I requested things to be fixed the same day I moved in and 3 months later still nothing !! Apartment was not ready to move in as I was told !!"

"exquisite symphony of despair, with management conducting a revolting performance meant to shatter the very fabric of what one would expect from any complex. Moving here is more than a mistake, it is a travesty. Just in my complex: no hot water for months, roaches, broken oven and stove, broken doors. Neighbors don't have AC and haven't for months. Sidewalks aren't paved and are a tripping hazard for the children walking home from school. Management actively deletes work requests."

"I visit here often to visit my friend who is a resident. The trash is always overflowing and there’s roaches everywhere. We wanted to go swim and found the pool near the back of the complex next to a burnt down building that’s been there for over a year. The pool looked like a swamp. Green and brown tar looking water. Grass is never mowed and the buildings are covered in brown substances. When I visited one time she explained her distress for the ROACH infestation in her indoor furniture. Also, the ac does not work properly, it’s set at 69 degrees and the thermostat reads 80 degrees. 10/10 would NOT recommend moving here unless you want to be considerably dissatisfied."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have complained since the day I moved in that the AC does not work properly my things were broken and messed up and no one has fixed it or tried to. The do routine checks of the apartments and don’t do anything about what’s wrong ! I was told when I moved in that the building would be pressure washed because of how nasty the building was it still has not been done. The trash cans are always over flowing. The advertised pictures look nothing like what it is. There is roaches constantly that I have to exterminate myself. The dishwasher leaks. The pool is closed down and has never opened and it looks disgusting. There’s a building burnt down in the back that has been there for I believe over a year. The best looking thing about this apartment complex is the offices where they don’t help you. When my lease is up I’m getting out of here."
