Brookley Pointe Apartments

"When I stayed here, it was terrible. Loud music all times of the day. Trash on the grounds. Rodents in the apartment & the manager was very rude as other reviews mentioned. These apartments look horrible for the price you pay. Maintenance also takes forever to fix stuff."

"Don't move here because ithey advertise one amount and charge $775 for a 1 bedroom with no amenities. They have visitors parking where your rims get stolen off your car and they tow it if you park under your window. They tell you they spray for bugs but they don't have keys to the apartments The bathtubs are 40 yrs old so don't plan on sitting down for a bath if you move here. I been having sinus issues because of the roaches and mold. It's hell on earth over here.."

"Recently, I called and left a voicemail to have maintenance come and check my refrigerator because it was no longer keeping food properly. This was on 9/19 and 9/20/2022, it is now 9/25 and not one person has address this issue. After loosing my refrigerated food, I had to get someone from the outside to come assist me with an issue that should have been taken care of by staff. I now feel they should help with replacing some of my food since maintenance issues are not being taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance here sucks!"

"Hey just wanna say the current property manger has some real issues when it comes to tenants needs. Her attitude sucks and should not be tolerated. My mother resides there. I have requested doors to be reversed on refrigerator 5months ago. I know why it because the current mgr there bully the tenants there and they are afraid of her. None of the tenants there have anything good to say about her besides her besides being afraid of her. So unacceptable!!!!"
