Old Shell Lofts

"My husband and I lived at Old Shell Lofts for two years. We moved in in May 2021 while the complex was under a different management company. It is worth noting that all positive reviews directly reflect the period that the lofts were under previous management. We loved our time at the lofts before the current management took over. However, the current management is horrendous. It took us multiple days (and sometimes weeks) to hear back from the office and the staff is unprofessional, snappy, and rude. They hired only one maintenance person for all units, so all maintenance requests took weeks. Rather than admit they only hired one person, they constantly use the excuse that they are “short-staffed”. We were required to use the valet trash service, which was incredibly unreliable and rarely taken when it was supposed to. The front doors do not lock (like they are supposed to) and we had many solicitors come to our door. When we let management know, we were told to “just pull the door tight”. For the price of these units and absolute lack of any amenities/care about the residents, I highly recommend looking elsewhere."
