"The updates and changes the new management company have done look really nice. This isn't the same community it used to be. Neighbors are friendly, office and maintenance team are nice and its a great location to watch all the Mardi Gras parades go by!"

"Crazy fire alarm system in this building. It goes on and off for no reason and this happens so often than you think. Its mostly false alarm and even the firefighters don't show up nowadays. If you moving in here make sure you buy noise cancelling headsets."

"Do not move here! The worst apartments I’ve ever lived at. Definitely not worth the money. The whole building smells awful. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone in the front office, they never answer the phones or emails. It once took me 4 weeks to get in touch with someone, they finally reached out to me when I left a bad review. The walls are paper thin. Very sketchy area. The entrance gates and doors are always messed up. The washer and dryer breaker trips every time you try to wash your clothes. I ended up breaking my lease and moving out. Do not waste your time here."

"Do not live here. If you see the pictures on the website, it is literally catfishing. This place looks nothing like it does on the website. Also, it is located in a sketchy area of the city. You are also not getting your money's worth. For the amount I am paying, the amenties are not great and neither is the size of the apartment. The studio is actually tiny. The leasing office never answers the phone, and if you need anything done then you have to tell them multiple times before any action is taken. When I moved into my apartment, it had not been cleaned. And I don't think a maintenance check was done either because there was mold in my dishwasher. The washer/dryer barely works. By the way, one machine simply can not master both washing and drying clothes. There were flies everywhere when I moved in. Everything is an inconvenience here. Definitely moving out as soon as my lease is over. Tried to cancel it as soon as I moved in but that was not possible."

"I love living here! The place really packs a lot of bang for your buck. The location is the best part. I love being able to walk to work and for almost anything I need. The building is dog friendly and pet rent is not very expensive. The management had my lease and apartment ready fast and it was very easy moving in. I highly recommend this place if your in the market for loft style apartment living downtown, this is definitely a place for dog lovers. The manager here is the best I’ve had yet. Christina is working hard to get everything in order with the building. The new owners seem to care about the property and are making lots of updates."
