"I'm writing a review on behalf my daughter,her AC unit has been out over 5 times and its still out as of 10/30/2023 she pay her rent every month and this not right for you to do her like this .We have been in the 3 digit temperture this summer and this needs to be address ASAP."

"Put an application in and paid the fee. No call back and refused a refund of application fee. 1. I handed the application to an older lady, she said she would call me after my credit check returns. Nothing about additional procedures. 2. I tried calling 15 times during business hours, no answer. 3. Stop the lies. You all are fully booked but collecting application fees to line your pockets."

"If you want to live with a gnat infestation every summer then this is the place for you. Mrs. Lee is unprofessional, will not give you an answer for anything and is never there in the office and won’t even tell you the days she will be in the office. I’ve been calling all summer and just now got an answer. She talks on the phone as if my questions inconvenience her, with long pauses and scoffs. Home sweet home."

"Very unprofessional. Have not been able to contact anyone in the office since April 2021. I have called and visited the establishment many times with no response from management. I've even spoken to some residents who say that they aren't able to contact them either."
