"Fantastic family friendly park in an excellent location with great amenities. You’re a stone throw away from Schillinger Rd. giving you access to great shopping and eateries. Community has a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a clubhouse. Great staff who have always been professional and responsive. Every day groundskeepers are out taking care of property. A few months ago they had a crew going through the whole park trimming all the trees. I’ve had one issue with a sewer main and they had someone out that day and the issue was resolved. I’ve owned a place that I rent out in Pleasanton since 2017 and the community has always been quiet and people are friendly. Whenever someone is looking for a place to rent or buy I always recommend Pleasanton."

"Beautiful community! Quiet neighborhood, with lots of friendly neighbors. Beautiful new homes at an affordable price. Staff are professional, courteous and helpful. Onsite school bus pick up and drop off is so convenient. Swimming pool is a lot of fun in the summer. The lifeguards are certified and do a great job. Having them at the pool gives us peace of mind. We just renewed our lease for another year. My family and I have been here since 2015 and don’t plan to go anywhere else. The location is awesome, we can walk to the Theater, Walmart, restaurants, nail salon and other shopping. As renters all of our needs and or concerns have been met quickly and efficiently . This is a great place to live with wonderful staff."
