"I love living at Parkside at Cottage Hill! I have been here for almost 5 years. From the Property manager (Ljerka) to the ladies (Jessica and Natalie) even the maintenance staff they are all very friendly and care about their residents. They host the BEST monthly resident events- and respond to any concerns immediately. I cannot recommend this place enough. I feel safe, secure and wanted here. I can't thank you guys enough. It also shows a lot of the company on the turnover. I always see the same people which is a good feeling!"

"My family and I have been living at Parkside at Cottage Hill Apartments for about a year and a half now. When we signed the lease, there were clear and concise policies regarding move-in and move-out procedures and expectations, as well as property rules, amendments, etc. My husband and I felt comfortable moving to this complex from day 1. The staff at PACH are so friendly, and have made the daunting experience of moving to a new location so much easier. The property itself is always well maintained, and the maintenance crew does their absolute best to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner should anything need fixed/replaced/etc. With this complex being pretty close to the highway and right behind the Bel Air Mall, there is some level of noise, but not nearly as loud as we thought it would be, which is great! Our neighbors have all been very respectful of quiet hours as well. There have been a few instances of raccoons getting into trash bins and making a mess, but based on my observations it’s because residents forget to close their bin lids all the way or leave their trash out overnight. We haven’t had an issue with raccoons by our building in probably almost a whole year now. There’s a really cool community of residents currently at PACH. Everyone we’ve come across has been friendly, and pleasant to interact with. We have a dog who absolutely adores many of our PACH neighbors and the staff. This complex is very dog friendly, and really treat us and our fur baby like family. There are times when we notice dog poop not picked up; however, property management is always quick to remind everyone with pets to clean up after them. Overall, the living conditions, work commute, shopping commute, and staff at Parkside at Cottage Hill have made our stay here worthwhile. When it comes time for us to move again, we will be very sad to leave our PACH friends. If you’re thinking about moving to the Mobile area, I definitely recommend Parkside at Cottage Hill Apartments. You’ll be in great hands!"
