"Poor maintenance and security. They take 2 months after you put up a service request to attend to your needs you are paying extremely high prices for services you never receive. The property maintenance and people working in the office are extremely bad with performing general duties. Stagnant sewer water right outside the house and the maintenance team does not even bother to address this issue and this has been like since a little over a month. Waking up to this is and facing issues of raccoons because of this ."

"We originally requested a move in for October but were told the latest they could hold the apartment was 9/15. We continuously checked on the upgrades for 3 weeks leading to the move in date because we noticed very little movement on the apartment since we were transferring from another apartment on the property. Come move in day, the apartment was still not ready and we did not receive keys until after 4pm, had to reschedule our movers, and the apartment had so many issues needing addressing we had to send an email because it was too much for the move in checklist. The communication has been awful and the maintenance requests are being addressed poorly. We had granite in our old apartment but they gave us laminate in the new one. The sink is so shallow in the new apartment as it had not been replaced and the cabinet was rotting underneath as well as the patio door. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was extremely low and water never gets hot. The commode in master bath has not stopped running since we moved in and maintenance has been out twice on this same issue. There’s not enough space to detail this disastrous experience, and I honestly have no plans of renewing the lease if the experience doesn’t improve."

"I submitted my maintenance request the day before in hopes that the issue would resolved soon. The next day before I could actually get off from work. I received an email stating that the AC unit had been fixed. I appreciate maintenance moving promptly to resolve the issue. ✨✨✨✨✨ 5 Stars"
