"I am a new resident who has been living in the complex for a little over two weeks- since the day I moved in my dishwasher has had sitting water in it and has been unusable due to not draining. I have had to contact the front office over 12 times and it is still not fixed."

"I was a resident here for a year from 2022 to 2023 and while I did love it here, there was a rent increase for nearly $200 a month. I really did enjoy the staff and I especially thank Taylor for everything from helping me move in to seeing all of my options before I inevitably moved out. Again the place was very homey but the rent increase was almost a slap in the face."

"I was a resident here a long time ago 2004 to 2006, but by looking at the recent reviews it seems to be run by the same people so I want to give my Opinion. I first moved in all seemed great until I had to have any interaction with the management staff 'Apartments were brand new at the time.' Then came my neighbor below me always complaining about our son running around or playing in his room. The slightest noise and she would start beating on the ceiling with a broom. Then EVERY TIME she reported us we would get a warning and I think she called the cops because we were watching a movie at normal volume. So the next two years we walked on eggshells to keep her off our backs, but the complaining never stopped. The apartment then gave us 3 strikes you're out type of warning about 9 months into our stay. After the first lease was up our rent went up 90 dollars to about 650 a month. The year of 2006, and around that time started seeing bugs, and no matter how many times I complained they NEVER sent an exterminator. My packages would come up missing from the office, the office lady at the time was extremely rude then we were on our final warning on the account of our neighbor from hell. I even placed thick rugs strategically around the apartment so she couldn't hear our footsteps. Then came the 2nd lease renewal were inexplicably our rent was going up to over 900 dollars. After that, we were forced to move and I always suspected they were trying to force us out, there was also the fact that our neighbor was friends with the office lady which explained why they seemed to take her side no matter how ridiculous her claims were about us. Now the place could be different like I said it was almost 15 years ago since all this happen, but by reading a few of the recent reviews seems to imply the same kind of stuff is going on with the staff being super cool if they like you but will literally break the law to get you out if they wanted to so renter beware."
