"I love living at Stoneridge apartments except for Management not following their own rules in the lease. I can not go to sleep until after 1:00 AM due to child upstairs running, stomping, jumping and falling down. I've spoken with Management about this. She said she warned me about the noise. I never imagined how loud and consistent that noise would be. She didn't say I would not be able to sleep. She still has responsibilities to provide peaceful safe atmosphere to all tenants. I now believe the dog who lives there is playing with the kid and helping make so much noise. Daytime noise would be ok. But not nigh time loudness after 9:00. I wish corporate office could do something about this. Phylis in office is absolutely great at all she does. I could not in good conscience recommend living here."

"I lived at Stone Ridge Apartment Homes for about two years while in Mobile for grad school. Overall, I greatly enjoyed living there and had a very positive experience. The complex is gated (which made me feel very secure as a resident), is located in a pretty quiet neighborhood between Grelot and Airport, and is pretty close to most things (Mobile traffic notwithstanding!). I was a quick 15-18 minutes from the USA campus (again, depending on traffic), which made the complex ideal for me as a student. Management was very polite and always quick to listen to/resolve issues. Maintenance were some of the friendliest and most helpful folks I knew, and were always quick to resolve requests. The only downsides to living there during my time was that we had some pretty frequent problems with bugs getting into our apartment (millipedes, roaches, termite swarmers, fruit flies) due to living next to a wooded area. We also had some problems with folks dumping trash and refuse in the woods behind our unit. However, management was always quick to listen to and resolve these issues. If you are looking for an apartment complex to rent with, I highly recommend Stone Ridge Apartment Homes."

"Moved in a week ago. We love the place!! Everything was clean and in good condition at move in. The office staff have been very courteous, concise, and helpful in getting us approved. Especially Phyllis R. who was our agent. I don't understand how Stone Ridge does not have more than 4.5 stars it definitely deserves more, in my opinion."

"I lived at Stone Ridge for three years. I absolutely loved it. It is a wonderful, convenient place that is extremely well kept. That is not to say my unit went without issues; however, the staff and maintenance crew went above and beyond to make sure my issues were handled and handled quickly. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I do not necessarily agree with some of them. One negative review was the price. This apartment complex is very well priced for what you are getting. The grounds, amenities, quality and service rank far above other places. The second big complaint was families/children. I personally never witnessed the prolific amount of children as stated in other reviews. Stone Ridge welcomes all people; if they did not, it would be considered discrimination. It was a very difficult decision to leave Stone Ridge; however, I made the decision to become a homeowner. Now, I am contemplating taking advantage of the strong market we are currently in and selling my home. Stone Ridge will definitely be my first stop if this is the direction I choose to go. I would recommend anyone checking out Stone Ridge as it is one of the top contenders for apartment rentals."
