"They called me to renew my lease. I had some late fees and such and asked how much I owed so I could get caught up because we had not had anyone working in the office. I was told that they would get back to me on that and the next thing I knew I was being evicted! They refused to take payment and stole almost $1000 of electronic equipment in the process. Not to mention they tried to keep my washer and dryer and broke my dresser and bed frame. I had to get someone from the sheriffs office to make them open the apartment so we could get the washer and dryer out. They have thieves working there and not to mention they never fix anything. One of my toilets wouldn’t bolt down to the floor and I had mold growing in the sheet rock along the walls of one of the showers regardless of how much bleach I sprayed on it because it was not sealed properly!"

"I have been here for a couple of months and I had a broken ac twice and my bathroom ceiling has a hole in it this is my second time calling and they have failed to show up the first time horrible management! I was not consider moving in here you will regret it."
"I have lived here for years this time, moved away for a few years and came back. I have Never heard of any armed robberies. This is a very nice community, I have no fear to walk the property at night and feel safe. It has been one of my favorite places to live!"
"Horrible place. The community itself is nice, but the management and employees are terrible. I bought a house, and broke my lease early, agreed to pay fees and she added on to what I already had to pay, then half a months rent when I was moved out. Took her almost two weeks to respond to my emails and calls, and decided to tell me it was to late to set up a payment plan on her account of not responding that I could handle it with the collection company. Secondly, there were armed robberies going on in the apartment complex and they didn't bother to inform no one. I found out from the news. I would never recommend this place. To respond to her comment, yes there was. You can see it on WKRG news. there were exactly 3 robberies. And yes you did charge an extra 200. I have the paperwork to prove it."
