"Horrible. Pool is always broken. Impossible to get people on the phone regarding maintenance request, extremely noisy neighbors, trash bags laying in front of compactor. Gates are NEVER functioning properly. Tenants are never responsible for their guest parking. Would DEFINITELY NOT refer ANYONE to live there."
"Leasing office is impossible to get in contact with. They never gave me a mail key, now I have $200 worth of makeup being melted because they did not give me the key when they said they would. I have yet to be able to use my bathroom sink because it leaks when I turn it on and they haven't fixed it. Dryer is filled with lint from previous tenants, shower drain was clogged from previous tenants. I had to clean it out myself, that's something they should've done before letting anyone move there."
"I'm disappointed with the quality of the unit. They never fix anything. I waited nearly 2 yrs for the front door knob to get "fixed". When the dryer broke, I was told they would replace it....6 months has past....still no dryer. Vandalism is becoming an issue, but no one seems to know anything.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
"The leasing managers are friendly and even stay a little after closing time on the last business day before the final day rent is due. The complex stays clean and upkept, and I don't have any issues with loud noise, or bugularies, or staff. They even have seasonal events for the neighborhood kids like trick or treat. I've been there for 5 years and I love it."
"I have never been into any apartment where I had such difficulty contacting staff about leasing or getting answers to any questions. This apartment is down right shady I'm trying to move in less then 2 months and I paid for an application they can't tell me anything about. They claim they have a waiting list where they don't know when an apartment will even be available much less tell you where you are on the waiting list. I can understand them being full but telling me you cannot answer my questions cause there's no point ughhh!! Now I'm left scrambling for a new home. I thought this place was a gem but when management isn't even there half the time doing office hours or either just won't answer the phone or be productive in trying to help how could you ever get in."
