"The most awful apartment complex. My fiancé lived here for 6 months and he couldn’t wait to get out sooner. We hated this place. Apartment is ugly and not the one we were shown. No lights or fans in the living room or bedrooms. Bathroom fan light shown purple and made a loud noise. Neighbors are weird. It smells like weed at night. When he returned to his apartment at night the whole place smelled like smoke. Spend the extra money at a different apartment complex, it’ll be worth it."

"Office is horrible at getting back with you. They don’t seem to return phone calls either. When I initially moved in, no one told me how to pay rent. I had to get connected with someone who had to email me a link to a site to submit payments. Whenever someone in the office does answer the phone, you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. They don’t particularly give a big notice when they are spraying for pests either. Giving a 3 day notice for people who have pets and need to make arrangements isn’t sufficient. There aren't many stations located around the property for dog waste. The trash that gets dragged around over night from raccoons is atrocious. Caution tape was strung along stairwells and just left for months without any sort of notification as to why. No one came and did any work on them, so I’m still not sure why the tape was put up? The pool water is GREEN. I feel like all maintenance seems to do is drive around on golf carts and blow around leaves. Not impressed with maintenance of the facilities at all. The price is decent, sure. But that’s probably the only perk of living here."

"Horrible horrible apartment complex will not recommend living here. When we first moved here everything was smooth. The guy Jake at the time told us they were still renovating our apartment they had two brown cabinets that needed to be changed out to white cabinets went to the leasing office several times nothing has been done. When it was time to renew our lease Jake ( who is no longer here) told us that he had to call the property manager we kept getting the run around at the times this is all we could afford it took 3 months from them to fix our lease. They had us on a month to month lease after we renewed our lease. Secondly I have put in a work order for our dryer to get repaired the maintenance people took almost a month to come I had to call several times which they never answer the phone. I went up there four times before someone came to work on the dryer. The maintenance guy finally showed up he clean out the filter the dryer started and it cut right back off so the same day I put in another request four weeks later the dryer isn’t fixed I have called several times the lady in the office keeps telling me that some maintenance workers are out sick and she keeps making excuses I forgot her name. The people upstairs washer machine went out and the water was leaking in the masters bedroom called the office to let them know that our ceiling was leaking due to the neighbors upstairs washing machine went out the lady said she will send someone out they never came these apartments are trash will not recommend moving here maintenance and management is trash nothing. I am not renewing my lease. I am paying $1080 for two bedroom two bathroom and it’s not worth the amount I would not move here"
