"Don’t move here. This used to be a lovely place to live, until the new management took over. Now they will gladly violate your tenants rights on a weekly basis. Then when you call to find out why your power or water is off with no notice, or why there’s a random man letting himself into your home, again with no notice, the girl at the front desk has not a care in the world. She talks to you as if you’re one of her girlfriends chatting about the weekend and not a client who she is payed to provide service for. The management here is abysmal and it’s only a matter of time before they have to answer for the numerous laws they are breaking. They are criminal scum, don’t waste your time here."

"I’ve been living at the park apartments for almost 2 years now. They recently got taken over by new management, WHICH SUCKS BTW, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! IM WARNING YOU. I’ll start by saying since before JULY of 2023 I’ve been notifying them about my ceiling LEAKING onto not only the floor but also MY FURNITURE. It’s to the point now my ceiling is about to cave in because of MONTHS of build up of water, not to mention the RED MOLD GROWING IN MY CEILING BECAUSE OF THIS. When I told them IN PERSON about this they told me to “run my air conditioner it’ll not create mold, and have other apartments no one is living in with the ceiling caving in from water damage”. I HAVE A V SHAPED CEILING AT THIS POINT. When I contact about maintenance it usually takes them DAYS to come out, Yes even when I told them my FOOD WAS SPOILING because my fridge was broke, but then didn’t care about my food nor the fact of how much I just spent on food to ROT now. My bathroom wall has been falling in behind the shower to improper installation, mold growing behind the wall from constant overflowing water from the shower. When I first moved in here this was really the only apartment complex that accepted pitbulls (which I have), a MONTH AFTER SIGNING MY NEW LEASE WITH THEM, they THEN tell me they no longer accept pitbulls as a breed there and I cannot renew my lease. Trust me I don’t wanna live here again! THIS MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND DOESNT HELP THE PEOPPE WHO ARE PAYING TO LIVE HERE. The list continues really…. Newly renovated, they’re lying. Painting and putting new cabinets doesn’t make it renovated. THERES ALOT OF UNDERLINING ISSUES THEY ARENT FOLLOW CODES FOR AND FALSLY ADVERTISING!!!"

"This place has gone to the dumps in a new company’s efforts to “improve” the apartment complex. They do not answer the office phone during hours while sitting at the desk. The only way to contact them is if you go to the office in person and the office closes at 4 most days so good luck if you have a full time job. The apartments are mediocre at best and I chose them because the rent was cheap in the area I needed, that will be changing soon also."

"I have lived here 3 years and they have switched management 3 times if that tells you anything. When reaching out to management about issues going on inside your apartment, don't expect to have those issues resolved in a timely manner or at all. When you call the front office you always have to leave a message for a manager or anyone to call you back. And they don't respond to emails either. I would not recommend."

"Anytime I have a maintenance issue my apartment amnager and staff are on top of it. I love the fact that you can also put in a maintenance request on the apartment app as well . Maintenance comes no later than next day to take care the problem and management will always call first to make sure it is a good time . We have a really great staff here at The Park!!!!"
