"I’ve been paying for pest control since I moved in almost 2 years ago and IVE NEVER RECEIVED PEST CONTROL!! When I asked them about it they said I have to call in advance to receive it however I still til this day have never received pest control!! Please don’t move in here it’s not worth the headache! On top of everything they turn off the water at random times during the day without notice! These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! Definitely contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!"

"The front desk workers Bre and Brooklyn are very efficient and quick. I had a problem with my account, and when I came to them, they worked it out right then and there. I love their attitude and how caring they are of the residents. I have no complaints and would recommend park west."

"The pool is very nice and clean. The apartment is very nice and clean also. Yes it’s an old apartment, but they really do a great job to keep it looking nice. They have been very kind and helpful. They take time to know each resident by name and have been very positive. I have had a few problems with my account and they have gone in and fixed everything right away. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. I would definitely recommend this place. They are concerned about you and will make sure you are situated."

"DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS! I have lived in one of the renovated units for 2 weeks and I have had issues the entire 2 weeks. I’ve let them know of all the damages and they do not care, maintenance barely comes to fix anything. This apartment was not ready to move in, the entire air conditioning closet was full of trash which resulted in roaches coming from the closet! Our kitchen drawers are broken and have been since we did a walk through, I let them know and they still have no fixed it. They also put us in a unit with a broken washer and dryer and as they were replacing it BROKE MY TELEVISION! They broke my Tv while I wasn’t home, then didn’t know how to measure a tv therefore they got a smaller size. They were supposed to send the tv back but asked me if I want to keep the 50 inch and put the $10 difference between a 50 inch and 55 inch towards my rent, which isn’t a deal! They must believe i’m young and stupid. I’ve been without a Tv for an entire week because of issues they caused and not returning the wrong size tv. They also have clogged drains since the drains were just painted over not cleaned out first. The leasing office updates you on nothing you have to call them to get answers. The leasing office will also give you random dates for stuff to get done such as maintenance and pest control and no one will ever show up. They are selling bare minimum “renovated” apartments for a very high price to be going through all of these issues. The apartments are terrible and so is the management. They want your money on time but they don’t care what kind of apartment they put you in!"
