"This “brand new” apartment complex has had continual elevator breakdowns for the past year. This is a risk for the tenants and extremely inconvenient for the elderly and/or disabled residents on the second and third floor. Full time maintenance and management was promised and this is not happening. The building was allowed two elevators but they only put one in, per one of the elevator repairmen. The exercise equipment needs repair and is not usable, for many months. Additionally, the community room tv is not setup, so what is the point? These items need to be addressed immediately and maintained regularly as advertised, before I would change my rating. Media and city council persons are next to be contacted. New applicants beware."
