"No one ever answers the phone. I went by office they had weeks worth of ups packages. I put in an application over a year ago. You hear rumors on how they were getting paid under the table to let certain ones get apts. they’re nice but not professional at all. I even called corporate and they lied and said someone will contact you shortly I guess shortly is not here yet. I also found out I was never put on the waiting list. No copy of my app. I have a copy where I applied in November"

"I’m not a renter, I was a prospect though. I parked there today hoping to walk around and view the area, I parked and went to the elementary school across the street to ask questions and see if the school would fit my kids. I was there for less than 5 minutes since I went during school pick up time. When I got back to my car I had a large green sticker on the car saying I parked illegally. I understood, I called the number and was immediately sent to the automated machine. I called 3 more times and every option sent me to an answering machine saying no one was available to take my call. Clearly someone was in the office to see that if parked where I wasn’t suppose to so why didn’t the phone get answered so I could know where the office was?? The area seems beautiful but I’d rather keep looking if before I even rent it’s impossible to reach someone when I need them. I gave 2 stars because the property on the outside seems to be very well maintained and the school was welcoming and pleasant."

"I have stayed here for 2 years and I have mold and mildew on the top of my ceiling n my second bathroom I have reported it reported it and reported it. Noone have yet came n check it out. It's all in my tub upstairs... The lady at the office have contact the maintenance he still haven't been out this been going on for months now. I'm just ready to move at this point. I love where I stay but they not on point at all. This is a shame I have three girls and I don't want to live like this. The amount of rent for these apartments someone should have been here the first day I call.. I m in a 3 bedroom 2full bath townhouse... This is a shame. My new step is fox 6 on your side."

"I have been calling the leasing office and meeting with her for weeks and I have not had issues resolved. I even contacted HUD recently to see if they can assist. I have been here 5 1/2 years and things need to be replaced maintenances. I called Tennessee to LEDIC but they gave me the run around. I need someone to contact me concerning my unit at Glenbrook."
