Park Place Apartments

"I have been a blessed and happy tenant here for 6 years! If I have an issue or concern , I usually have it " addressed" immediately. There are some nice maintenance workers and front office reps. here! Everything takes time, patience, and consideration. And you're within walking distance from work, City Walk/ Uptown, Protective Stadium, Museum of Arts, Boutwell Auditorium, Legacy Arena, a few food spots,Central Library, Lynn Park/ City Hall( food trucks- pop ups) and the new, busy " downtown " life! ❤️"

"They haven’t fixed lights around stairs. SUCH A LIABILITY… you cannot see at night to walk down stairs!!!"

"I went here to apply for low income housing apartment in March 2023 I got there they told me to apply online! I went online and apply I got a email later telling me to finish my application and pay 150 dollars application fee! Desperate for housing I paid the 150 and was denied! How can I be denied I'm already in low income housing! I went back the next day told people up front what happened! And come to find out I was not suppose to pay anything to apply! I asked for refund but manger was not in! I went back for week straight asking for refund and finally after two weeks I was refunded hundred dollars out of my 150 and was told the other 50 would go towards me getting apartment! In May! And May came never heard from them! Went back down there told they be in touch with me soon! This is September haven't heard nothing from them not even telling me nothing just taken my 50 dollars! For nothing when I'm disabled and on disability! Fix income and they just taken money for something I wasn't supposed to pay for in the first place! Manger is never available and have told nothing but lies! lies!"

"The leasing consultant Ashton will cuss you out before letting you speak with management. Willis does not do his job. The property manager is never at work. There is black mold growing in every unit. Save your time and money. Not here!"

"The absolute worst apartment complex to live in, I've been living here for a year and a half and it has been terrible, the living conditions are the worst. Me and my roommates went the entire summer without any air conditioning at all, it had gotten so bad till the point where I had to go buy an AC unit to put in our window so we wouldn't suffocate. NaTasha Bonner shows no type of concern no one in the office shows no sense of emergency. The stove eye hasn't worked in our apartment since we first moved in, they haven't fixed the mold that was on top of my bedroom celling. Just recently our door locked looked like someone had been picking at it and it was broken, I called them that following morning and spoke with John and he said someone would be out right away, no one came out we went the entire night with our door unlocked and our door being unlocked when we were away for work, they wasn't able to get out there to fix the door until the next night around 9:00pm. I will be in contact with the health department and whoever else I need to contact about Park Place. This is the WORST place to live hands down, I will be posting more pictures when I get home."
