"EDIT: This place asks you to email them about your bad experiences and they don’t even respond to their email. They don’t care one bit about the problems residents have here. This place is a SCAM! Ever since I have moved in, I’ve had nothing but problems. I moved into my apartment smelling like MOLD and had to ask maintenance MULTIPLE TIMES to check out the issue. By the way, this building only has one maintenance person for the entire complex! I had to call the front desk and ask why they weren’t checking out the issue and was consistently told that “something came up.” Finally found that the smell was due to the washing machine never being cleaned properly! Now I am dealing a drain fly infestation in my bathroom and once again, maintenance has not taken the proper steps to deal with it even after my pest control request. The apartment manager clearly does not care about resident quality of life from my experience. My greatest regret is signing a lease here in the first place."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I too saw the pretty pictures and was instantly hooked by how pretty it was and how close it was to campus. Boy did that end up being thrown in my face. Ever since move in day (August 2021) I had to deal with overpriced utilities that the front office will refuse to help you with, they’ll try to tell you that’s normal when in reality you share an apartment with 3 other people and your utility bill is $125-$140 a month despite your AC not even running. We had constant water issues within the apartment, the stairwells NEVER get cleaned, the dog treats in the dog wash are always moldy, people smoke in the stairwell and nothing ever gets done about it, and not to mention management is PATHETIC and will hide under their desks because they “don’t feel like dealing with people” and this is coming from multiple former workers in the front office. There is never any parking for guests and any parking your guests do find, well they may end up with a broken window in the morning or potentially even towed. They claim they have “guest parking” but it’s 8 spots on the side of the building that is also shared with the neighboring apartment building. 8 SPOTS. So your guests are forced to find elsewhere to park. There are homeless people who sleep under the bridge or hide on the side of the building so you are constantly asked if you have any money and/or followed. The cameras on the building are practically just for show, management doesn’t care about your safety or your well being at all. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live, there’s a reason why a lot of people are reletting their apartments here/moving out…"

"All the amenities are well worth the price at the Lumen. Furnished rooms really up to date and modern. The service from Erin was outstanding. One of the best community assistants we have ever come across moving from place to place with the Army. Very pleasant and professional attitude while being up beat and courteous."
