"On 1/12/2023 i called about leasing an apartment whoever this female was answered the phone FINALLY ! ( which they don't hardly answer ) which is another fail !!! put me on hold without saying anything and left the phone to have a conversation with whoever was in the office which was hella RUDE !!! And when i called back she ignored my call , so unprofessional ! At least if your a manager have great costumer service skills and be professional !! smh"
