"Local church trying to help a young family with 2 small kids get on their feet. After being guests at the hotel for 20 nights, we were able to help them find permanent lodging effective immediately. Gave the front desk 24 hours notice that they would be departing the next day before check out time. The GM refused to refund 2 additional nights that had already been paid for. I get it, it's a business as I was reminded by the front desk person, and it may be policy, which I doubt was explained to the guests, but it's certainly not good business practice."

"Stayed here one night. Will be requesting my insurance for this stay. Super noisy location. Multiple interruptions throughout the night. Room was dirty. Lights in the room were nonfunctional. I reserved a Jacuzzi room for the night and was met with a set of barking dogs next door to unwind."
"Room 225, 12-13-2023 All appeared fine and clean upon checkin. At bedtime I found a pillow case full of snot on the pillow. In the AM, No hot water for shower. No problem skip shower, just wash up however sink would only stream a leak of cold water. Offered another room to shower but in a hurry to get gone. Went to breakfast, no coffee, no staff present to get more. I knocked on a door and eventually someone came out. I expressed my less than joyous experience thus far and he said the owner was aware. I said generally a discount on the room would be in order minimally. He responded he was not authorized. No apology!!! The bed was comfortable. I left and pondered and decided perhaps since I chose this hotel from the reviews maybe someone else would benefit from mine when making their choice. Room for professional growth here. For tonight at least, skip room 225 maybe."
"This place is quickly rising to the top of the Red Roof Inn chain. The renovations are a work in progress, but very nice updates. Check-in is a breeze. I've always been greeted with a smile and kind words. If there happens to be an issue with the room, the staff is quick to make it right. Keep up the good work!!"
