"We checked in at 8 pm. We got in bed and had the surprise of our lives when someone tried to open the door at 1am. Fortunately we had the deadbolt on. We called the front desk and found they had double booked the room. After at least 30 minutes dealing with the front desk clerk who obviously did not know how to handle the situation we left. We called the manager later in the morning to confirm that we were not charged for the room. We were not offered any compensation. We will not be using this hotel chain again."
