"Excellent stay at this location! Currently renovating which was no bother to us. Outside noise from other guests was a little loud but typical for a “motel”. Staff was welcoming and very hospitable. Clean rooms! Great location! Bonus points for including tv upgrades in rooms. Loved that. Will definitely be back to this location."
"The room was nice for the price.i reported that there was no hot water in the shower.the sink had hot water. I figured it was an anti scald valve . Should have been an easy fix. I reported it to the owner. After working 12 hours and being out in the snow I was ready for a hot shower. The problem was not fixed.unacceptable!!! Maybe the problem will get taken care of when the next guest complains."
"We checked in here after driving all day on our way to Florida. For the price I didn’t expect it to be a 5 star hotel, but the moment we walked in the room I noticed it wasn’t that clean. It was only for one night so I didn’t mind too much. Thats until I got done taking a shower and noticed a cockroach on the wall. I told my husband and then we looked around and saw some more. There was even the guts from one smashed onto the doorframe of the bathroom. We immediately got our stuff and left. I’m not sleeping with bugs. They could only offer a room change. No refund. We left and went to the Best Western. It was very nice!"
"Super comfy and spacious rooms for the price!!! Lobby was nice as was the clerk who checked me in. I missed breakfast but the set up looked really nice and they had lots of options and even a cappuccino machine!! Upon leaving I was also greeted by a super nice man whom I assume was the manager who asked me about my stay. Very nice man. I travel down here several times a year and will continue to use this hotel for my future stays."
"The lobby is clean, organized and filled with the holiday spirit. The front desk was patiently waiting for me to answer all of my questions. We only encountered one roach through out the night, however they are doing a great job by handling these bugs. The beds were cleaned and organized, it was a quiet area too."
