"So I checked in because my power went out again at my apartment, I knew it wasn’t a great place but ROACHES , that where I draw the line , checked in saw like 2 ROACHES ….CHECKED OUT"

"First off the place is very rude and the office looks a mess. They don’t have good customer service at all. And they are money hungry. There “clean towels” have dirt stains in them plus sheets. They are very nosy. I visited my boyfriend for work while staying down here. When I first arrived a man came knocking at my car window asking me what room am I was in and pointing saying this one. I didn’t even know the room number until my boyfriend came outside. 15 min later he came knocking at the door saying he had to pay 25 more dollars for me to stay everyday I didn’t understand That. Then he walked in without even knocking while I just got out the shower saying no visitors. Literally I felt violated.! I went to the office and they were screaming at me saying what he did was right and there was supposed to be no visitors. I left this place is awful"

"The people at this motel are considerably rude and over priced. The office is overgrown with plants and vines that are not maintained. The rooms were disgusting and appeared not to be cleaned at all. Do not waste your money here."

"I tried an extended stay here. There were bugs in the room, even after the manager had pest control spray for bugs. Which took more than a week to happen after complaint was made. Still had to buy a tube of Combat roach gel to keeps roaches out of my room. Saw two rooms being treated for bed bug infestation. Management uses practical indentured servants"

"EXTREMELY RUDE! These hotel owners do not understand that if not for their customers they wouldn't have money to pay their bills and have their hotels. Definitely should be more friendly and more gracious to their customers because we could very easily go pay another hotel owner's bills for them that is more kind to their customers period. As far as the room it was remodeled so it was nice and spacious w a full size fridge and pet friendly, however the little office guy wanted me to wade thru knee high grass, ant hills, mud, and the creek on the property beside them to take her for her bathroom duties because of his "territory" for his German Shepherd being in the front where i never even took my dog to begin with nor did i intend to lol smh and the little lady is more rude than him like it was a problem to even attend to me for me to pay for the room in the first place. BE KINDER AND CUT THE GRASS RUDE PEOPLE!! Certainly won't spend my money there again. I'm willing to pay a bit more for friendlier service."
