"Obviously very uninterested in renting. I’ve called several times left a couple emails and even went up there in person to tour! I was given keys but when I came back to discuss Pamela was not interested in speaking to me. Maybe they lie about having availabilities or maybe just not a big deal. Staff could definitely be more responsive and helpful to interested renters"

"I would’ve given them zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. Do not live here, not worth the money. Tiny apartments, no storage. No washer and dryer hookups and no dishwasher. Can never get ahold of the leasing office. Neighbors are nice for the most part but don’t know how to take control of their dogs. Lived there for a year and just recently moved out. Just got a letter charging me 480.00 for stuff I replaced and I left the apartment in cleaner conditions than when I got it."

I love the fact that they take time to get to know the tenants! Pet friendly with a small dog park, convenient laundry facilities, and emergency maintenance, if needed. Small community feel in a bigger town! Seriously great place to call home!!"

"Was here for a year. Was really never home. my apartment stayed clean and when i left they seemed to be mad and screwed me on my deposit. took 150 out of 200 for cleaning but there was no cleaning needed. It looks nice and all but cops were always showing up."
