"The front desk guy was absolutely amazing he was super nice and very accommodating. We got a room with the Jacuzzi tub and the tub was perfect and there was plenty of hot water to fill it with!!! And the shower water pressure was perfect!Definitely will be back"
"Pretty clean up on arrival. If you're not to picky and just needing somewhere to get some rest, not a bad hotel. However, walls and floors seem to be pretty thin... Due to this I highly recommend getting a room on the top floor if at all possible. Also, there's not a working snack machine on site and the drink machine that's next to it also doesn't work."
"Bed sheets had red stains. Roaches everywhere. A double smoking room was booked and when arrived check in time, they downsized room and wasn't pleasant about it. Would not recommend. The price does not make up for any inconveniences."
"I've been here for several days, checkout is 11. I paid my room at 10:30 and walked up stairs to find everything I owned in a trash bag with other peoples trash outside the room. The housekeeper had kept a few of my items aside for herself to keep. The hotel did not offer reimbursement. We were looking for somewhere else to go, so the next morning after we had paid for our room, and before 11 we found a place. I asked for our money back for the room since we were leaving att 11 still. The hotel kept half my money. The manager is very rude and will yell at the guests as though we are his employees. The first night at this hotel I took a shower, walked to the bed, and my feet were black. I used a rag to clean my feet so I could get in bed. The hotel tried to charge me for the rag because it was so black."
"Absolutely the worst motel we have ever stayed in. The pictures on-line showed a remodeled motel. The outside had been remodeled but the rooms were the worst I have ever seen. We requested a ground floor room, non smoking, queen bed. Our first indication of trouble was that they would not take cash. Credit card only. We had booked two nights and were told they did not give refunds. The first room we were given was ground floor but smoking. Could not turn on the lights because there were no light bulbs in them. After getting the manager we were finally given the room we requested only to find out it was a double bed with a queen size headboard. The floor had new laminate flooring but it was filthy. The refrigerator had mold all around it as did the bathtub. The sheets looked clean but wasn't taking any chances. Luckily we had a couple of blankets with us and our on pillows. Had to clean the bathtub just to take a shower. Every time we tried to talk to the manager he could not be found. I took pictures of everything to send to their corporate office. DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!"
