"Lived here one year and so far so GREAT.! I have loved my experience in this wonderful apartment complex. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is even better. Quiet and laid back. Kala the Assistant Property Manager is very knowledgeable and super sweet. Will definitely be renewing my lease next year."
"Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to move in Decatur. Moved there a year ago with no plans to renew my lease but after comparing Apples to Oranges Decatur Place by far is one of the nicer apartments in the area. Amy and Kala are super sweet and easy to work with. I’ve not had any issues in the two years of me living here. If I wasn’t looking to shorten my commute to work I would live here forever. The maintenance team are super nice and friendly and fixes things in an exceptional timely manner."

"I moved in recently and really like the place. It’s a huge apartment that came very clean with good appliances. The front office was super helpful and got me moved in on a very short notice and the maintenance guy was super nice. Everyone has been very kind and I’m looking forward to living here!"
