Dover Glen Apartments

"Yesterday night there's a African American boy he looks maybe 13 or 14 who stays near apartments 186 who was outside at 12pm screaming and blasting music with a group of girls who was saying racial slurs screaming into his phone and it had gotten so bad to the point where my kids woke up crying and complaining and I couldn't get any sleep for work . Other than that the place has been doing a tad better on some of the issues that had been going on they have been keeping the laundry mat clean and nice looking I read a few other reviews and they have been issues on roaches infestation even tho mines doesn't have any it will still be nice to fix that issue before it. Comes to my apartment :)"

"Literally to many roaches everywhere no matter how clean you keep the apartment someone who doesn't care about there's will let roaches travel from unit to unit and it's disgusting they need to fire the pest control guy / woman because this has been going on since middle 2022 . It's like they don't care about anything but the money my lease ends in march and I sure enough can't wait till it comes . Then you have drug dealers running in and out of apartments where there are 3 bedrooms and smelling like weed all the time at 2-4am ."

"Too Expensive to be this way !!! . Can you guys build a fence around the place so coyotes and dogs won't be surrounding my car everytime I leave for work at 3:30am this is ridiculous!!! Z. I have had company come over and have gotten me embarrassed cause their are roaches everywhere ! My little niece came out screaming to her mom because there was a roach crawling onto the wall while she was sitting on a toilet this is sickening!. There's a little African American boy who's literally looks through my window peeking at us at nignt and shooting fire crackers at night at people and cars."

"Roach infested this is a horrible place to live the pest control guy literally does nothing but spray behind a fridge and leave does nothing else . This place is to overpriced to have roaches please just go to summer lodge and spend the extra 100$ a month it'll be worth it instead of having roaches falling on you when opening cabinets"
