"We usually have a good stay in a La Quinta Inn, so we were surprised and greatly disappointed in this one. Signs in hotel claim it's 100% smoke free, but the hallway and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. To be fair, when booking, there was a note that the hotel was going through repairs and updating. We did not see the normal signs of that kind of work, but we were there on a Saturday night. This location definitely needs it. Our room had issues that needed attention. There was a large cigarette burn on the toilet seat. The standing lamp worked but was broken with the wires visible. The bed made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Every time one of us moved, it sounded like we'd struck a kettle drum. The trim around the main door was such that the light from the hallway streamed through. The best part of the room was the artwork."

"This may be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the room was atrocious, we could definitely smell weed in the hallway, and I’m almost positive I saw two hookers. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT EVER STAY HERE."

"I would give the service a zero if I could. The whole stay was brought nothing but hostility and avoidance from the housekeeping staff for days. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT FOR ASKING FOR NEW TOWELS OR AN EXTRA PILLOW! PLEASE. WARNING TO ALL!!!"

"This is the worst La Quinta Inn I have ever stayed. We were afraid to take a shower for fear the ceiling would completely fall in. The only good thing I can say is that I didn't see any bugs. The cleaning staff is probably doing as good of a job as possible but the room we were given was in very bad condition."

"There was human hair in the shower (I have a shaved head so it wasn’t me), mold in the AC unit, cracks and holes in the drywall, the free breakfast was cereal with NO milk, and more often than not there was no one at the front desk. The staff also allowed two giant trucks towing two giant bass fishing boats to park sideways across ALL the handicapped and front-row parking spots, despite having to be ADA compliant. My husband is a handicapped veteran and we had to park closer to the Dollar General than the hotel. When we voiced our issues with the front desk upon checkout, the associate told us that they have a new cleaning lady and that we should just call corporate. WHAT???? So I guess that’s what we will be doing. This place is gross."
