"We chose to stay here because it was near the highway but not loud. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast is much better than most with many options. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was nice. There was a nice view of the water and we enjoyed the sunset. The patio and grill is a great idea but we were surprised to find cobwebs all over the patio furniture and the grills seemed to be broken. After taxes our king room was $200 something and I'm not sure it was a great value but the building is newer.."

"From my call to make reservations until checkout, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. Our room had an unpleasant odor, possibly from an animal, and we reported it immediately. We were given a spray and the next day a candle was left in our room. Our odor issue was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. (It would be nice if rooms were set aside for pets.) Each time we left or entered the lobby the staff greeted us. In fact, I just finished making another reservation."

"I really did love this place. The only thing was the food area for breakfast. I noticed that dogs were allowed to come into that area. I love dogs but I don’t think dogs should be near food. I do have a picture of it, but I decided not to post it."

"Update: Evelyn the GM is a super wonderful lady and very helpful. She went above and beyond to resolve the situation. We had a discussion about safety and she re-assured me that this would be brought up in a staff meeting to make sure things like this don’t happen further. I should say that all the staff I did interact with at this hotel were super friendly and that most of my frustrations were with Hilton. Hotel has nice views of the river and you should check out Big Bob Gipson BBQ down the street. Thanks again Evelyn I am getting absolutely shoved off by Hilton and this hotel location. I have status with Hilton and could not be so mad. The dude at the front desk canceled my stay after I paid to stay there and they are no help whatsoever. Nick Byrd at the front desk is not properly trained and should be re-trained, I am a CWP holder and I sleep with a weapon very close to me. He could’ve caused a horrible issue had he of checked someone into the room that I “wasn’t in” on august 28th 2023. Apparently I wasn’t at this hotel but he sure did swipe my card in person check your CAMERAS I was there checking in at 5:40 pm central time."

"This hotel was great. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great!! And the front desk staff was super friendly at all times of the day. My only complaints were that 1) the pool was not clean. It was dirty and gross. It looked like it hadn't been serviced in awhile. 2) the fitted sheet on the queen bed kept coming up, seemed like it was too small for the bed. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back"
