"We pay good money to live here. We have been without heat for 2days. It is below freezing with ice and snow.called yesterday no answer. Called this morning and was told at 9:00 a.m. that maintenance was on his way it is 5hrs later still no maintenance I have two children and still no heat. I suggested that if maintenance couldn’t make it because of snow that I would go either get heaters or go check into a hotel only to be told I wouldn’t be reimbursed. I normally don’t do reviews but my blood is boiling... be careful renting from this owner!!!"
