"They tried to charge me three nights for a two night stay. When I asked them to remove the third charge, the general manager, Steve Patel, was extremely rude and he threatened and insulted me in several ways, including saying that he knew where I was and he had all my information. I called Choice Hotels and they refunded my money after I had spent about 4 hours communicating with Comfort Suites and them. If he does what he threatened, I'm endangering myself by posting this - but, anyone considering staying there should know about him."
