The maintenance man David is always super friendly and always there to lend a hand, and he is very punctual with getting anything fixed. Miss Vicky the office manager is absolutely amazing! She does everything possible to make sure you feel as welcome and comfortable as you can be while living at Heathrow. I could not ask for a better complex to live in. The amount of luxury could not complete with the homey feel you get from staying in this place!"

"Okay, so it's 35 degrees and the gentlemen are out trimming and cleaning bushes and fallen leaves. Who does that??? Also, when a leak developed in the kitchen sink, John was here within the hour to rebuild the faucet. Before I relocated here, every door handle and fixture had been replaced, carpet replaced, etc. I am very happy here."

"We lived here for a couple of years, and it was great. Honestly, we didn’t have any trouble with neighbors or anything and the maintenance when it was necessary came fast and easy. The only issue we had at all was the AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat midday in the middle of summer In my upstairs office, but that’s a pretty common issue wherever you go. Even now with a back yard, we do miss our little patio at the apartment. It was just so nice and cozy."
