"This place is disgusting and the old landlord is absolutely horrible. She's clearly senile because this lady understands NOTHING. If you want to live somewhere where the sink is constantly leaking and door's randomly just break and shatter, then have all those things blamed on you and not because this place is way too old to be used as apartments and should have already been torn down then you should move here. Oh and not to mention the large amounts of black mold EVERYWHERE that they won't do anything about because maintenance can't even fix a leaking sink."

"Favorite apartment complex in the Shoals! Maintenance is very quick to respond and very helpful, from the smallest tasks to the largest emergencies! Landlady is super informative and easy to get in contact with. I was nervous when I first met her but she's actually very nice as long as you follow your lease and do what you're supposed to. Its a very reasonable price and though the walls are kinda thin, neighbors are considerate and friendly."

"Worst place I've ever lived thankfully it was just a 6 month lease. Neighbors are all very loud and rude. Management does a half job with anything they fix. Was told if we move out we had to give a two week notice. When we went to try to give the notice we were told 30 days. And we would be charged an extra 40 a month till we moved. They also started charging us small fees for random things b4 we moved out."

"Absolutely the worst place to rent from in the whole world!!!! we had to move to Tennessee due to work gave a notice. And was told we had to leave a sixty day notice and pay for 2 months of rent which we were not even there, understandable to some degree but then they enter our apartment without notice and bomb the place and try to lock us into another year lease at a higher rate. Not to mention we had to deal with roaches the entire time and we have rented several times elsewhere and never had that issue before they were literally coming out of the ceiling and yes we took a lot of pictures before and after and most likely end up in court. Worst PLACE EVER TO RENT FROM!!!"
