They charge you a arm and a leg they are rude they want you to pay for parking and you still don’t have parking spaces they want you to pay for everything even if you don’t have what your paying for they barely fix anything. Do not move there"

"When I first moved here, these apartments were the best. Everything was well organized and the management was amazing. Now these apartments are ridiculous and management has been terrible for the past 3 years. There is no way to contact corporate for major issues, they cannot keep maintenance and they are will not answer the phone at all! Management does not know anything about the complex or its policies and they are not there for help. I would definitely give the zero stars if it was possible! After over 5 years.. 3 of them with no problems… now there is always something with them. I definitely wish their corporate office could have contacted me and everyone else about our issues. I am glad to be leaving them."

"They have the worst customer service . I was inquiring about renting a space and the girl over the phone was so rude . She didn’t know anything and wasn’t trying to look it up. She wasn’t interested in anything I was saying . They always hire the worst ppl to work in the office . ALWAYS . I’ve lived there in the past and I thought someone said they had new management.. still bad . Don’t do it"

"They have rats!!!!!! I use to hear them running in our celling at night time. I let the front office know and they claimed it was no way for them to get yo there. Then it was a whole in under our sink in the kitchen and in the top cabinet above the sink where a heard of rats live!!!!! The office blame us like girl please i been telling them i kept here things running around but it was nothing they could do apparently. All they did was put mouse traps down like that solve any thing. The rats was so bad that we couldn’t stay in the apartment no more and stayed with a friend until our lease was up. We stayed in apt 100 at the reserve!"

"This apartment has the worst customer service ever. The lady in the front desk doesn’t know how to talk to her customer. I was there to talk about further processing about moving in but then she starts yelling at us for no reason.She is the big reason of having bad reviews about this apartment. If you don’t wanna talk to your customer good or give good service you better shut down this apartment. Worst experience ever I would recommend not to ever live in this apartment."
