"Having two elevators this slow in a four story building is terrible. Having only one operating for an extended period of time is unbearable. Running downstairs for anything turns into like 10 minutes roundtrip. The hot chocolate bar used to have water but hasn't been stocked in days. The staff were all really nice. I just wish the left elevator would be addressed."

"Really enjoyed my stay here on a business trip. The entire staff showed amazing hospitality, accoomodation and warm welcoming attitude. From Anthony on front desk to Deborah, Martha, and Lily who are just the sweetest. Dined in a couple of days and the breakfast is good. Furniture can use an upgrade though but overall would recommend."

"We had a problem with the people in the room next door in the middle of the night. Staff came up to address the situation. The next morning, Marcenia at the front desk and Debro in the Bistro took good care of us and made sure we were happy. The food was excellent and the hotel itself was fine. The lobby area was very clean although there were some large carpet stains on the 3rd floor hall. We would recommend it for sure!"

"BED BUGS!! And POOR MANAGEMENT. The room to being was not the cleanest. It was barely surface level clean. The shower absolutely disgusting and the toilet had dried urine on it. Luckily for me, I travel with Lysol and disinfectant wipes because I’m always in hotels for work. I woke up to bedbugs on the bed specifically seen them at the foot of the bed TWO on top of the covers, which I took pictures of!! While on site, I had to call corporate help resolve the issue. However, it wasn’t much help at all despite been told since I was on site it would be marked urgent. I was told the manager would reach out! Well… she NEVER did. The staff and management acted as if I was inconveniening them. I missed all of my scheduled meetings that day. I refused to bring bedbugs back home. I had to wash all of my clothes disinfect my items and buy a new suitcase as precautionary. The staff was pretty much incompetent on the matter. No resolution. I was truly disturbed. I asked for a refund but they were acting as if they did not want to do that. Ask me did I get one.. no I didn’t. Marriott properties are my preferred stay, not so sure anymore."
