"If you've ever been to an E. L before at a decent location off a freeway and close enough to quickly get access back to one and the rooms were decent along with amenities and the staff working did their job and you, the customer, basically got what you stopped there for then this place is just like the rest of those. You know how the experience is depending on what you needed a room for and how that went pretty much determines how good or not your stay was. Mine was basic as the place they did comply with giving what they offered so what can I say? I was satisfied with my time at this E.L."

It looked like it was still under construction, the TV didn't work, the night clerk couldn't be found when needed, and they still charged full price. I also think the GM was acting like a regular employee, so he wouldn't have to deal with my complaints. Very unsatisfactory."

"I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but here we are. If i can prevent someone for making the same mistake then it's worth it. I wish I could give zero stars. This hotel is falling apart. The room was gross. There was hair in the shower, the toilet paper holder was rusted and coming out of the wall, the vent was covered in dust and the bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We were supposed to stay two nights so asked the front desk clerk if housekeeping was coming. She said yes and made a note of my room number. We came back and it was exactly the same as we left it. We ended up checking out and they wouldn't even refund us the second night since we were leaving. Bad service. Filthy rooms. Unsafe location. They were worried about getting their money and not the comfort and safety of their guests. Do not stay here! It's worth it to pay more for something clean and safe!"

"If I could give this place 0 it would be -0 worst place ever these pictures are not up to date me and my family stayed here for a family reunion place was so gross bath was dirty floors had dirt they never came and did room service someone tried getting in our room they said it was room service but they didn’t say room service when trying to come on our room blankets were dirty they never had any extra towels there was toilet paper that was not ours behind the toilet we asked for our money back and they wouldn’t do it! Never again do not stay here!"

"We usually stay in higher end hotels. Booked home game weekends and we stayed here 2 weeks in a row. The rooms are older but clean. The staff was amazing. The 2nd weekend was hey worked with us to get us in a room with 2 queens instead of a king with sofa bed. They did not have to do that. I give the staff a 10/10 for doing what they could and just overall pleasantness."
