"Is in a safe location which is important for Columbus, MS. The hotel was very clean and not overbooked. Coffee pot in room did not work. Three weird dots burned into TV screen. Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Sink was cracked in bathroom. When checking out, the front desk employee is picking over the continental breakfast. Edit: Day 17 on inquiring for a $59.14 "incidental charge." Local Hotel is not answering the phone. Don't believe their purchased reviews."

"I paid Expedia $346.62 to stay at the Hyatt. Hyatt then charged my credit card $15, $134.92, and $149.92. I planned to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night. They also never came by to clean my room. The room I stayed in was clean and the breakfast was good. But just the hassle of being charged multiple times is frustrating and now having to reach out to Hyatt for a refund. Next time I come to Columbus I will be trying out a different Hotel."

"They have a phone check-in system that allows you to check in and use your phone as a digital key to your room. However, it did not work properly. We got all the way up to our room just to have to turn around and go back downstairs to get a key card. The person at the desk said that the phone check-in/ digital key system was hit or miss on working properly. The room was nicely sized except for the bathroom. It was a weird layout where the toilet was crammed in between the sink and shower. They have 2 ice makers. One was on our floor, but it didn't work, so we had to go to a different floor to get ice. They have a no-smoking policy which they need to enforce. Someone on our floor was clearly smoking, and it wasn't cigarettes."
