"While the Dr and staff are nice , that can only go so far. I had an appointment time of 1230. I showed up and was told it was at 3. Even though my printout had 1230. The man said we have to put something down just to put it in there, but your appointment is at 3. Had I known, I wouldn't have taken off work early and checked my kids out that early. Also, I like to add that I think it's wrong to force patients to get certain vaccines that are not required for school and such. Just because your clinic requires them because you're a patient is just wrong. Where do you draw the line on this. It could be only this vaccine today and but then others tomorrow that aren't required by the state and such. And why was the forced vaccine not on the compliance form?"

"I love ♥ Melissa Rogers for her patience and kindness. She listens to all my dumb questions and when I transfered to a med advantage plan with terrible customer service she went over and above along with other staff members at Rush central clinic to get my meds transfered to the extent of making calls herself.. I thank God for her and her nurse for helping me. They don't just rush you in and out they actually talk to you and listen and for that I am truly grateful."

"This place is clueless I've came here for while but since last week horrible. I was scheduled to have chip places in my arm. I called to reschedule all to be told by the black lady at front desk that I wasn't scheduled. So I thought ok Nurse Nicole might have mistakenly forgot to put me in. No at 1pm when I was susposse to be scheduled. My nursed called and left voicemail confused to where I was. I called and asked to speak with my nurse. The same black lady tells me she won't be back till next Thursday so hang up. Then I decide call back to inform her nicole said she was there. She goes to tell me she left early. SO SHE LIED TO ME NOT ONCE OR TWICE BUT THREE TIMES. I call backed today to see if I can be seen then a guy answers he put me on hold 10mins twice and seemed like he was confused and lost. Horrible they need new staff"

"All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. I even got my lab results the same day, y'all. Kudos to Tiffany Dearman and associates for making my visit an awesome one."
