"A family member had to go in to the ER on New Year Eve, and the hospital staff was exceptional! They took good care of my family member, addressed the problem quickly, and all of them treated us very well. Good customer service and bedside manner. NP was knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to understand our needs. She did a full workup to rule out further damage/complications, and kept us abreast of the results. Having experience in all the Meridian hospitals (Riley's, Rush, Anderson's), this one beats every single one. I'll be coming back here if I ever need a hospital or emergency room."
"Compassionate doctors. They were the only ones available to help my 6 year old when he caught covid in January. They were sick themselves but they helped us and I will never forget. They told me what I could by over the counter to help him and they also gave him some ibuprofen while he was at the hospital. He has been burning up with fever for two days and I couldn't get it to go down so I drove all over meridian and never could find a doctor to take him It was the only place left and I'm glad they helped him.the doctors and nurses there need a raise and some time off for a vacation they worked hard during covid... Amanda Thomas will forever be grateful."

"I had an emergency with a bite on my finger got real bad quick .I went to E.R. the staff was courteous and very professional. AFTER TEST they informed me to take meds and all would be well if it worsened to return. By the next morning my hand was twice it's normal size painful and turning blue.The nurses went above and beyond they had me transferred by ambulance to Rush hospital where I had surgery 2 days later.without a doubt their quick diagnoses and diligence saved my hand quiet possibly my life."
