"This is one of the worst clinics around. They happily turn away sick, elderly patients. When I called, the manager, Jennifer, refused to talk or call me back. She had one of the nurses return my call and give me a number for administration in Meridian. What kinda heartless soul turns away the elderly of their own community, then can even get on the phone to explain why? This is the number 1 reason ERs are drowning around the country. Lazy clinic personnel that cannot even make an appointment for a patient. All she had to do was talk to me on the phone. Not hard, but just heartless and couldn't take the time. However, one of the Anderson clinics in Meridian took my mother in, same day, instead of making a next day appointment like enterprise refused to do. I would say when you get this heartless, it's time to retire. However, why would you when you can be nasty and soulless, and not even have to do the job you're hired for? What comes around, goes around."
