"Dr. Windham and everyone at this office has been amazing. They listen to your concerns and explain what’s going on thoroughly. I have had follow up questions from my visits and the response time has far exceeded my expectations. I will be a long term patient as long as I live in the area."
"Great Clinic with a wonderful Atmosphere. Since we moved to Anna, TX my family and I have been treated like an extension of their family at “Your Healthcare.” I am a Teacher and a Football Coach at Anna High so my days and nights are always full yet this place always finds the time to fit me within my schedule. My wife and I have been here for almost 4 years and all of the Physicians and Staff take the time to get to know you on a personal level which in turn leads to better personal care when the appointment comes. I will always appreciate the way that they were very respectful towards my family and I when I lost my loving Grandmother last week. They didn’t hesitate to reschedule my appointment on less than a days time and even sent condolences and prayers to my family. If you are looking for a Clinic with Class and a personal touch that will make you feel right at home then take the short drive to Anna and let the wonderful Staff treat you and your loved ones with care."
"Update: Check out the reply the owner gave me on this review. It goes to prove my point even further. He said the way I acted was inappropriate. I literally sat there and let him talk to me like that and did nothing, and then I left quietly. How is that inappropriate? I would love an answer to that. Or better yet, a phone call. But I doubt that will happen. I'm really disappointed in this office after a recent visit with my 7 year old daughter. I've been driving from Greenville to this clinic for a couple of years because it was so worth it- most everyone is always welcoming, kind, and super helpful. My daughter has anxiety about doctor's and dentist offices (nothing has ever happened- just a fear), but when she told me last year after her 6 year old checkup that she loved Tracy, I knew we'd be coming back here for her next one. Her checkup day arrives and I pay the self pay fee (her new insurance isn't accepted here). Not a big deal to me because 1) it's extremely reasonable, and 2) I'll pay whatever I have to to have my daughter relaxed and happy at a visit. We get called back by Michael and he starts doing her vitals. Not the friendliest interaction, but whatever. We get into a room and he needs to take my daughter's blood pressure, or pulse, I don't even know. But she's starting to have a little anxiety and won't get on the table, so he gives us a few minutes for her to calm down (which was kind, thank you for doing that). My daughter told me she wants Tracy to do it and doesn't want "a boy" to touch her. I tried to reason with her, told her he's a nurse and it's okay, no need to freak, etc. She isn't having it, so when Michael comes back I tell him she has asked for Tracy to do her vitals. Apparently, that was not the right thing to ask for and I could tell it struck a nerve. He starts saying how they're so busy, she's in a room, my daughter isn't normal, I need to get this fear checked out, it's not right to be afraid of men, again not normal, etc. He leaves again and I'm just left sitting there with my kid who feels like SHE did something wrong; and it's also ultra-triggering to me having been through assault and domestic violence a long time ago. But I hold it together because 1) I didn't want my kid to freak out more if she saw me upset, and 2) no one wants to hear about or understand triggers anyway. I understand they were busy. Fine. We had no where to be, so I would have sat there for another half hour. Or longer! It really wasn't an issue. What I have an issue with is the way it was handled, as if insinuating that my daughter's hesitancy towards new men is a concern. Seriously?! I'm trying my damn hardest to teach my kid that if she doesn't get good vibes from someone, IT'S OKAY. There are ALWAYS accommodations to be made, especially in healthcare! Had he been slightly more caring, or even brought Tracy in WITH him when she was available, I bet this would have gone much differently. I ended up walking out. Nothing against Leslie or Shaine, they have always been wonderful. And I've enjoyed seeing Carla myself a time or two. But Michael- please consider being slightly more accommodating towards your nervous patients, especially children. Please."
"I cannot say enough about Tracy and Michael - they are both phenomenal - they are caring, compassionate and both take the time to listen to your concerns- if you are looking for a healthcare provider in Anna and surrounding areas look no further As a busy professional their extended hours are also a big plus"
"Good morning. Just want to give a thumbs up to this clinic and staff. I have had to reschedule a few times because of my job situation, they worked with me,I have seen a few reviews about how they are rude and if you cancel they treat you wrong. Or if you don't pay your bill they will not see you? Well they have never treated me this way so I don't understand the few little complaints. These guys have been flexible for me and worked with me on my situations with no negativity at all. This is the only place I have ever had such quick and straight to the point service. My coffee was still warm in my truck after going in and coming out. OUTSTANDING!!"
