"Service was great at the time of purchase, but now that I’ve had the car 30 days I’ve had nothing but endless problems with the car. I did call around day 20 and was spoken to very rudely. Will never buy from there again. After leaving the above review, I received a phone call from Bobby Brown the following day. He made several promises and asked me numerous times to change my review. Thankfully I said not until he delivered on his promises. I called almost everyday for two weeks. Bobby has yet to return my phone call. All he wanted was me to change my review. I’m shocked at the lack of customer service. And don’t bother calling me after I’ve updated my review. I will never trust you nor will I change my review."

"Ethan the salesman and Mike the manager were both great. I was about to buy a car today at another Hyundai dealer in carmel, and the manager there was very pushy and rude. I left, and I am glad I did, I found Bob Roarman in Lafayette had the vehicle I wanted. I sent a message and Ethan was fast to respond. He was friendly and not pushy. I drove the hour up to Lafayette and they stayed open late to finish the sale with me. I am very happy with the entire process and sale with them. I would 100% recommend them and I will shop here first in the future. Worth the drive to deal with good people. Great job guys!"

"Had a decent experience here. Communication was absolutely horrible from maintenance head. Couldn't even return a phone call, or give a courteous call. He should not be in this business. Gives the company a bad look. Overall maintenance techs are sound. Got my car back with minor infractions. I would give a second chance. But dealing with the shop rep has soured my experience.
