"I got my nails done twice at this location. The first time I was pleased with my nails but not so happy with the customer service. The second time I went I paid $40 for four dots of color on four nails & a horrible ombré fill in for the rest. I was told my idea would look ugly multiple times. I truly believe she messed my nails up on purpose based on her attitude. I could’ve done a better job myself & I’m not licensed. I got my toes done that same day paid $45 & two days later the gel on my big toes chipped off. They didn’t even clean my feet properly. The managers attitude was even nasty & I was told not to come back . This place is disrespectful, unwelcoming, unprofessional & it needs to be shut down."
