My car was only at the shop for 3 days, and I decided I wanted to pick it up due to Brandi Crowe's attitude, and she was very unprofessional. Every time we spoke, she was snappy and rude for no reason, so I decided I would rather not do any business with these people. After telling them, I wanted to pick my Jeep up and take it somewhere else they stated that was fine. Drive there not even an hour later, and no one could find my keys. Everyone there had me pissed they were very ignorant and didn't care. I wouldn't recommend going here at all. Please save yourself the headache."

"This place I wish I can give 0 stars. They are absolutely STUPID. Sorry for my choice of words but that pretty much sum things up. Starting with Both BRANDYS that work there is so unprofessional and rude. THEY ARE RACIST so if you’re not white with money you won’t get any help from them. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. They had my car for a month and still didn’t fix it. They made more damages to my car and tried to cover it up like I wouldn’t notice and still didn’t fix it. Gave me the run around upon pick up time of my car and couldn’t find my keys. THE MECHANICS THEY SUCK! DONT DO NO BUSINESS WITH KIA. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE."
