"Place was an absolute disaster. Took my 2010 Mercedes E350 there and they didn't put the o-rings on the filter correctly causing oil to be ALL over my driveway. The manager came to my home to try and help me clean up the mess after my son and I tried for several hours. The stains still have not fully been removed and my house was only a few months old at the time. Not to mention the house was over 650k. The gave me 1 free oil change for my troubles and that was only after I begged for something...... they should have done more for our troubles and time spent..... Maybe they still will but I doubt it..."
