"Great communication, fair pricing… they really went above and beyond to find me the right part and called me to bring the car in. I would definitely use again"
"Repainted my 20 year-old Camry. Needed to fix a few dents and hail damage too. Happy with the result."
"We have used them a few times now. Always pleased with results. Paint still holding up well on first vehicle. This Prius will be used by our salesman."
"Currently planning to take my car in for the THIRD time to have issues, they have created, fixed. What started as a straightforward bumper paint and replacement has turned in to multiple trips back, multiple days without my car (and related expenses), and exceedingly worse condition of my car and its paint job. They are clearly rushing the "warranty" work when I bring the car back for them to redo the mishap from its first visit (scratched/chipped paint during reassembly). The 2nd coat of paint is warped. The "warranty" paint doesn't match their original work (let alone the factory paint). There is overspray everywhere (white paint on black trim). The paint is chipping where they (poorly) masked things off for the repaint. There is, what I assume to be, paint ALL over my windshield and side windows. I've been kind and patient with them during every interaction, and they seem genuinely willing to make things right. Which is why I'm still willing to give them one more chance to make things right. But I am frustrated and disappointed."
"Car enthusiasts beware. As good of person the owner of this Macao is, some of his employees need to be fired. I dropped of my RX7 for a paint job, when I was called that it was finished I was told the car wouldn’t start and that the battery was dead. The car wasn’t even finished being painted, and they painted over an entire headlight and would’ve let it go if I didn’t point it out. No big deal, got a new battery which didn’t solve the problem. Come to find out the engine has thrown not 1, but 2 rods through the engine. This was a brand new engine that had less than 1000 miles on it and I drove it into the shop. There is literally no way you can throw 2 rods let alone 1 without giving the engine all it’s got for multiple minutes. Just look at the pictures and see for yourself, any person with half a brain can tell this engine had been ridden hard. After further discussion I cut my losses and left because there’s just no arguing with them. Stay away"
