"I have virgin dark brown hair and have always been afraid to dye/bleach it for fear of damaging my hair and natural curl pattern. I made an appoint with Brian on a whim to do something fun with my hair since it is starting to gray. I decided to do a blonde/white peekaboo, and Brian was able to take my dark brown hair to a very light platinum blonde in one session with very little damage!! It was a long appointment (5+ hours) and Brian was wonderful the entire time. He has an amazing eye for detail and works with you to give you as close to your vision as possible without long term damage. I wouldn't trust anyone else with coloring my hair! The photos truly don't do it justice. I get compliments on my hair every single day."

"As a first time customer, I called and confirmed the price and first time special coupon when making the appointment. Apparently they booked me with a master stylist without informing me of the additional $40 charge and when I asked they said the onus is on me to check who I was scheduled with. As a first time customer, it was disappointing to be given that response! Also, please advertise pricing accurately and inform your customers when they call to make an appointment. They just lost me as a customer who would’ve continued going there, had they been good with customer service."
